4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

5. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected offers or orders meeting the applicable minimum cart value.
  • AAVARNA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect/incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. RETURN & REPLACEMENT

As our products are natural and handmade, returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or incorrect product received.

  • Customers must contact us at contact@aavarna.in within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved, AAVARNA may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
  • Products that have been used, opened, partially used, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Change of mind, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance itself may not qualify for a return.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway/bank.
